We have a mini goldendoodle from Archer Hill Farm, and we are beyond pleased with the experience we had. Kristin sent frequent updates and photos of our puppy as she grew, which we really appreciated! Kristin also makes sure her puppies are well socialized during their time with her.
Our healthy puppy came home 2 days after a full vet check, first set of vaccinations, and a microchip. She’s 5 months old now, and we couldn’t have asked for a better dog. Kristin is a responsible breeder who truly cares about her puppies. I highly recommend! |
Kristin and the Archer Hill Family are absolutely wonderful. We had the best experience picking out our beautiful Bernedoodle from them, and Kristin was super helpful every step of the way! Nothing but incredible things to say about Kristen and Archer Hill Farm. This was my boyfriend and my first puppy so we did a TON of research before settling on Archer Hill Farms. Out of everyone I talked to, Kristen was by far the most passionate, loving, and helpful. It was abundantly clear to us that Kristen is a breeder for the right reasons; she loves her dogs and wants to pass on that joy to other families. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment throughout the adoption process is truly unmatched.
And as far as our puppy goes....She is the best thing that has ever happened to us. Equal parts fun/lazy, sassy/kind, silly/smart we feel like she epitomizes everything the bernedoodle breed has to offer. She is a great city dog, a showstopper as far as looks, and the perfect edition to our family! |
I worked with Kristin at Archer Farm this spring as we looked for our new pup! From my first email to pick up day and beyond she has been so helpful! Their process for the pups is easy and they are so well taken care of up until the 8-12 week point of pick up. She gives you a folder and bag as you pick up your new pup with lots of direction and recommendations for care and food! She has followed up since pick up and really cares about each and every dog and the home they go to. Kaiko has been such a blast all summer and we are so grateful for Archer Farms for that! She is a tri colored bernedoodle- We are OBSESSED! Thank you again Archer Farms!!

Our family has had three dogs in our lifetime and Kristin Archer is by far the most professional and nicest breeder I have ever met! This is someone who clearly is dedicated to breeding great family pets for people that are healthy, smart, beautiful and have great dispositions! We were very impressed with our Daisy (Giselle, Bernedoodle) and how friendly and adjusted she is to everyone she encounters. It really shows how much time Archer Hill Farm spent socializing and working with their puppies setting them up for success in their new homes. Kristin not only cares about her dogs but the people she is placing them with and offers lifetime support! We need more breeders like Archer Hill Farm and not more AKC breeders who only care about show dogs.

We owe so much to Kristin for our newest family member, our Australian Bernedoodle, Betty. We could not imagine a more perfect family dog and it’s thanks to Kristin’s thoughtful approach to breeding these dogs. The dogs she breeds are a part of her family and incredibly well cared for on their beautiful farm. Kristin happily answered all of our many questions throughout the entire process and was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She took great care in helping us select a puppy that would be a good match for our family. We remain in contact even 6 months later because she truly cares about how Betty is adjusting to her life with us and has given us so many helpful tips!

5 Stars! We loved Archer Hill Farm. I communicated with Kristin several times before we made the decision to go see the Bernedoodle puppies. It was a hard decision, but we found our perfect puppy who we named Isla. We spoke to her about taking two puppies; she was supportive and went through all the issues that could happen when you take litter mates. We are very happy with our girl and highly recommend Archer Hill Farm!
We got our Aussiedoodle Darwin in October. It was a great experience picking him up at Archer Hill Farms. He's 31 pounds now. The vet think he might top 50, and says he's a very smart puppie. Loves the snow, even when it's -10. Likes to roll around in the snow, kick it up and bite at it. Keeps himself entertained. House trained. When we went on vacation over Christmas he stayed at my brother's with their 10 year old Australian Shepard and cat for a few days and was well behaved and adjusted well. Didn't have any accidents there. Stays out of rooms that are off limits to him. Bell trained for going out. We put in an invisible fence, but it's barely used because he seemed to learn the yard boundaries without much training. Sits in the middle of the front yard and calmly watches other dogs and owners walk by on the sidewalk. Seems to be trying to talk to us with his short quiet barks all the times. When he wants to go out, or he just emptied his water dish, he comes and lets us know. Also glad to see the rabbits that usually chew up a lot of our shrubbery in the winter for the past 17 years have gone elsewhere. Smartest dog ever.
I felt so comfortable getting our puppy from Archer Hill Farms! All of our questions were answered - many before I even asked. Augie is a fun, sweet puppy.
We absolutely love our Bernedoodle, Charley. He’s the perfect family dog and has been an awesome addition to our family! Kristin was amazing to work. She was always quick to respond and was so patient and helpful (and still is today answering questions for us😊) making our puppy buying experience a fabulous one! Charley is the sweetest dog. We’d definitely recommend Archer Hill Farm to anyone looking for a Bernedoodle! Thank you Kristin!!
Archer hill farms is great! Kristin is responsive and knowledgeable! We were able to meet our puppys mother and father in the beginning of the process and that made me feel really good as a first time dog owner!
Today our aussiedoodle, Penny, is 16 weeks old, 20.2 lbs, about 95% potty trained, and she has already completed 1st grade at puppy school! She is very very smart and trainable. Her favorite activities are quietly sitting in the yard watching the neighbors walk by, getting lots of love and attention at local breweries, and drinking from the sprinkler in our back yard! She really is a unique special puppy!! 
Thank you to the moon and back for our smart & friendly pup! Echo has been the most amazing addition to our family. She is already our 7 year old's very best friend. She came to us so well-loved and handled from Kristin and her wonderful family!
She is full of puppy fun but is also calm and chill. On night 2 she only grumbled a bit when put in her crate to sleep. She has had remarkedly few accidents in the house - really our fault, not hers. She is very trainable. Good with people, kids, and dogs! She doesn't seem to shed. She is a bit of a mop with her soft fluffy fur picking up everything. Small price to pay for this great companion. We couldn't love her more! |
My family adopted a Bernedoodle puppy from Archer Hill Farm in October. It was a fantastic experience. We weren’t sure about the breed of puppy we wanted and Kristin was so great in answering our questions. She was quick and honest. Once we decided that the Bernedoodle was definitely for us, Kristin continued to answer our questions with patience and genuine interest. She was flexible in organizing a pick up day and time when it was time to pick our puppy up. Most importantly though, our puppy is fantastic. It was obvious that Kristin and her family really cared about the pups as they were right in the house with the other dogs! Our puppy Millie is now 5 months old. She is the biggest sweet heart. We love her so much. She is a good listener, a fast learner, and has such a sweet demeanor. We have a lot of kids in and out of our home and our only concern is that Millie will lick them to death! We recommend Archer Hill Farms with no reservations! If you are considering a puppy, don’t hesitate to adopt from them!
From the family, to the way they love their animals, to the sweetest little (Big!) puppy we got from Archer Hill Farm, we have been beyond impressed and so thankful. Our sweet Bernedoodle is smart, well-behaved and the most perfect addition to our family. We didn’t know how much we needed him in our lives until we had him. And we wouldn’t have this amazing tempered and well-behaved pup if it weren’t for the incredible care that Archer Hill Farm gave to him and his parents. We simply can’t recommend them enough!
Archer Hill Farms is more than just a place to get your future puppy from. We have had such a wonderful experience with these wonderful people and their pups! Ever since the day we first met them and picked up our puppy to the day we brought him home we are so thankful for all that the family has done. When our puppy Bruno came home for the first time he was so good in his kennel, good about going to the bathroom in the same spot outside, good while getting baths, as well as being very good with different noises and interactions. We brought home our bernedoodle puppy in February and he has been the best addition to our family! Roosevelt is calm and so sweet-- really a big teddy bear! He has done fabulously with our 3 kids (4 years old and under) and another dog too! We are beyond pleased with not only the breed but also Archer Hill Farm and Kristin! Kristin was great to work with-- quick to communicate-- very honest, informative as well as providing support after we brought Roosevelt home! We would highly recommend Archer Hill Farm-- you will not be disappointed!!
Finnegan (Finn) is a wonderful boy playful, easy going, well mannered, smart boy! We have had a few dogs before him & he is by far one of the best we have had!! Sooo much that I’m trying to talk my husband into getting one of his siblings.
